Welcome! RealismByKatie (RBK) is dedicated to creating realistic, immersive, and detailed gameplay modifications and custom content for The Sims 4. From expanded pregnancy and symptom systems to realistic gameplay mechanics, every mod is designed with care to bring deeper storytelling and immersion to your game.

By downloading and using any custom content or mods created by RealismByKatie, you agree to the following terms:
- Free & Public Access: All mods are released for free to the public after their early-access period. Please do not put my mods or content behind permanent paywalls.
- No Re-uploading or Redistribution: Do not re-upload my package files, script files, or direct download links to other websites, file hosts, or media hubs. Always link directly back to realismbykatie.com or my official Patreon page.
- Tuning & Edits: You may edit my tuning files for personal, in-game use only. Please do not re-distribute edited versions of my files publicly without permission.
- Inclusion in Packs / Builds: You are welcome to use my content in screenshots, videos, or lot builds! If you share builds featuring my work, please credit RealismByKatie and link back to this website.
- Game Updates & Support: The Sims 4 updates frequently! While I work to keep all mods updated and bug-free, please make sure you are using the latest version of my mods. If you encounter issues, please check our compatibility guides or report them on our official Discord server.
