The RBK Pregnancy Overhaul replaces the original Morning Sickness Overhaul, expanding your game with a fully integrated pregnancy symptom system that includes both expanded Morning Sickness and brand-new Pregnancy Hip Pain!

Key Features & Highlights
- Dynamic Symptom Logic: When a Sim becomes pregnant, an invisible 2-hour starter buff begins. Once completed, both Morning Sickness and Hip Pain systems kick off! (Note: Hip Pain buffs will only start appearing after your Sim officially discovers they are pregnant!)
- Multiples & Trimester Scaling: The mod checks how many babies your Sim is carrying and what trimester they are in to calculate severity chances for both morning sickness and hip pain!
- Varied Buffs & Notifications: To keep gameplay feeling natural and less repetitive, every single buff and notification features 3 different text variants!
- Custom Pie Menus (
RBK Pregnancy...):- Cheats & Controls: Manually start symptoms, trigger specific morning sickness severities, or block severe conditions like Sciatic Hip Pain or Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG).
- Already Pregnant Sims: Easily start the symptom system on Sims who were already pregnant before installing the mod!
- Notification Control: Toggle notifications off for specific individual Sims directly through the pie menu.
- Hydration System Integration: Throwing up from morning sickness dynamically impacts hydration levels for Sims using Kemzima’s Responsible Pregnancy mod!
File Structure & Modular Setup
Inside the .zip download, you will find 5 files. You can keep everything for the full experience, or customize which symptoms you want in your game:
